Reclaim Your Attention is a poster created for an installation exhibited in the Salve Regina University library as part of an exhibition centered on political messages in art. The project was developed in collaboration with a political science class, allowing design students to gain insight into contemporary political issues through interdisciplinary dialogue. This exchange helped ground the visual work in research and critical discussion, strengthening the conceptual foundation of each piece.

My poster focuses on the pervasive role of technology in everyday life and how constant digital exposure shapes political discourse. It calls attention to the need for intentional detachment from technology, suggesting that nonstop connectivity can intensify political polarization and emotional reactivity. Through this work, I aimed to encourage viewers to reflect on their media habits, reclaim their attention, and consider how more mindful engagement can lead to a healthier and more thoughtful political environment.
